When would I use Cream Developer Volume 30?
30 Volume Developer is the perfect choice for grey coverage and more resistant hair types and is a powerful combination to lift up to 9+ levels. It is better for open-air processing than in foils. 30 Volume will give 3 levels of lift when used with permanent hair colour depending on the natural hair.
