Directions for changing the filter:

1. Hold the shower head securely and undo the silver ring holding the pressure plate (where the water comes out).
2. The basket in the head can be thrown away.
3. Let the water run for 5 seconds, then wipe inside the shower head.
4. The pressure plate should be replaced. To do this, simply pop it out of the silver ring remembering to retain the rubber o ring.
5. Replace the plate with the visible holes towards you.
6. Replace the o ring pushing well down.
7. Replace the basket with the white balls toward the inside of the head.
8. Screw it all back together. no need to over tighten.
