When combined with Crazy Color Rapid Toners or with a permanent hair colour, these moisturising formulas lock in colour for saturated results with shine.
When would I use Cream Developer Volume 20?
This is a popular choice and when mixed with Crazy Color High Lift Violet Lightener, it's the highest level that should be used on the scalp as the scalp produces more heat and will naturally increase the power of the developer. 20 Volume will give 1-2 levels of lift when mixed with permanent hair colour.
