A neutralizing fixing lotion for use with L'oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Permanent Reducing Liquid. Provides hold during the perming process, neutralizing without affecting the condition of the hair.

How to use:
- After the L'oréal Pro Dulcia Advanced Permanent Reducing Liquid has been in place for a period of time, rinse your hair, without removing the rollers, for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Dry your hair with a towel while it is still in the rollers and apply Dulcia Advanced Neutralizer with a sponge and leave to act for 10 minutes.
- Remove the rollers from your hair and wash thoroughly for at least 5 minutes.
